TwoMuch doesn’t operate like a traditional agency. We are a hub where multidisciplinary teams from different countries come together, bringing diverse perspectives, styles, and approaches.
 Our roots are in Barcelona, but our creative community reaches far beyond, with professionals in New York and São Paulo.

Creative Director with over 20 years of experience leading and collaborating with creative teams at international agencies such as BBDO Proximity Spain, Ogilvy Barcelona, Sancho BBDO Colombia, Leo Burnett, DDB Bogotá, and McCann.

Strong background as a Graphic Designer and Art Director, enabling me to combine aesthetic vision with strategic thinking across all projects. Founder of Two Much, a multicultural creative talent hub with a strategic and innovative approach, developing communication projects for purpose-driven brands across Europe, Latin America, and the United States. I have worked on campaigns for global brands including Santander, Nestlé, Pepsi, Iberia, and Samsung, as well as social initiatives with Alzheimer Catalunya, Galicia Ambiental, Proexport Colombia, Fundación Alia2, and Médicos del Mundo España, creating creativity with social impact.

My work has been internationally recognized, including a Cannes Lions Gold (Good Work category, YouTube) with Fundación AK47—an initiative dedicated to rescuing children recruited by insurgent guerrillas worldwide. Additional accolades include the New York Festival, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, El Sol de Iberoamérica, and FIAP.

Creative leader based in Barcelona with more than 20 years of experience in defining global brands and specializing in Digital and CRM campaigns. Over two decades working in the automotive sector within CRM and Digital for Audi, and later also for Mercedes-Benz.

Expert in leading the creation of brand identity systems, building narrative frameworks to generate impact, guiding creative teams, and turning strategy into award-winning campaigns. Specialized in developing offline campaigns that gradually evolved into innovative brand aesthetics and philosophies, eventually merging online and offline worlds—where print and technology coexisted. All within the CRM ecosystem, to deliver high-impact, memorable, and measurable campaigns. Winner of a Cannes Lions for Audi with a gender-equality awareness campaign in driving, which sparked conversation around the design of toys for both boys and girls.

Creative leader based in New York with 20+ years of experience shaping global brands and nonprofit campaigns across North America, Latin America, and Europe. Expert in leading the creation of brand identity systems, building inclusive storytelling frameworks for impact, guiding cross-cultural creative teams, and translating strategy into award-winning campaigns.

Proven record of delivering cultural impact and measurable results for Fortune 500 brands and nonprofits, including raising $100M annually at the American Cancer Society and producing Cannes Lions winning advocacy work. Experienced in advising and persuading leaders at the C-suite level on brand, communications, and advertising strategy.

Currently advising mission-driven organizations such as ZERO Prostate Cancer (digital storytelling with NBA coaches, athletes, and survivors) and the Hope for Depression Research Foundation (brand architecture and UX design to optimize donor journeys). As part of the Creative Collective behind No Kids In Cages, contributed to installations exposing child detention at the U.S. southern border. The campaign was recognized with a Cannes Lions 2022 award for humanitarian and creative impact. Creative philosophy: Great ideas grab attention fast, stick longer, and perform harder.

GABRIELA CONCI DE OLIVEIRA


Strategist with over 15 years of experience in communication, working for local, regional, and global brands in Brazil, Europe, and the United States such as IKEA, Santander, Enterogermina, Burn Energy Drink and Whirlpool. Worked in many strategic areas, such as branding, creative and strategic planning, digital, content and CX.

Won 2 times Cannes Lions. In 2023 bringing awareness for the last Blockbuster store in the USA, increasing 1,700% in conversion. And in 2017 for Santander Bank, making Spanish society re-think the true value of money, generating the fastest signup rate in the bank for that time being. Developed the brand positioning for Amour781, an inclusive fashion brand based in the USA, that aims to make good and high fashion clothing accessible for plus-size women. In the last 2 years she has been working as strategy consultant for the environmental startup Biotoco, a company that activates circular economy to create an organic and plastic free recipient to be used in the seed and seedling planting system, cutting down carbon emissions. She believes communication has a positive impact on creating narratives that move society forward.
